The RAP (Retention Acceleration Programme) is a refreshing approach to renewals, focussing on changing the culture of the renewals processes in our business, which has created a solid foundation for us to move forward.
The H&P Team took a very structured approach, from the initial meeting where they took the time to fully understand our business processes and the Team’s strengths/weaknesses – through to an indepth evaluation of the programme results. The training, advice and professionalism was outstanding.
We are seeing a huge improvement with renewals now which I put completely down to H&P and this programme. I would highly recommend any dealer looking to improve on their renewals – jump on board this initiative ASAP!
