Finance Renewal Training

This is a one-day training course designed to work closely with your sales team to increase appointments and sales from finance renewals.

During the training, delegates are coached on improving their telephone skills and how to use effective communication in order to obtain appointments.

We will also cover how to carry out an effective and professional account review to ensure that the Sales Team are fully confident with the Finance Renewal process and the optimum time to upgrade the customer to a new vehicle within their agreement.

During the training, we work closely with your Sales Team to make a number of appointments, giving us the opportunity to evaluate their performance and improve their skills. 

These key actions are instrumental in improving customer retention and increasing finance renewal conversion rates.
